DMK 21AU04.AS problem
Hello.
I just purchased my dmk 21AU04.AS but I have a problem: When connecting the camera receives this message:The device DMx 21AU04.AS (8010006) is in live mode,but does not seem to deliver images.Please try to chose a different video format or try reconnecting your device to your computer. I understand that I can not record to 60 FPS, but I can do with 30 FPS or less. My laptop is an Acer AMD Turion 64 Mobile Technology MK-38 2.19 GHz and 768 MB of Ram.The operating system is W. XP Professional V. 2002 Service Pack 2. Well thank you any help and sorry for my bad English  Best wishes. Planetary.
