Advanced Deinterlacer

We are using the Deinterlace filter of MontiVision Development Kit(Version 3.1) by our application(We are using Visual Studio 2008. ).

I want to replace the Deinterlace filter with the Advanced Deinterlacer.

Isn't there header file of Advanced Deinterlacer?
(For instance, file like iMVDeinterlace.h)
