Device lost problem in gige DMK23G274 cameras

Hello,

We use multiple gige cameras in out ITS systems. The models we use are DMK23G274 and DFK23G274 .
some times the error "Device lost" happens in all of them.

we changed power cable and gige cable , but the problem is still there.

should we update their firmwares?

please help.

Good question. I do not know, which firmware version you use.
Also if *all* cameras are lost at the same point of time, I rather think, you have a problem with your hardware , switch or power.

Please let me know, which devices you use between camera and computer.
