DMK 21AU618 not working in Windows 10

Hi!

I know the new updates of Windows 10 made it incompatible with some USB devices, including my DMK 21AU618. It appears in the list of devices, but it can't be detected by IC Capture nor Fire Capture. (I have an ASI120MC that is working fine, though.)

I've seen this could be solved by reverting to a previous build of Windows 10, but it was over than 10 days ago, and the option isn't available anymore. Any news or suggestions? Has this been solved already?

Microsoft solved the problem on 29th September with the KB3194496 update.

I have a new Windows 10 laptop, Win 10 Pro v. 1607, OS Build 143393.351. I tried to install the latest camera driver for my Skyris 132m camera, but the driver does not install due to Windows error code 52: "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)". The camera is not recognized in either iCap or FireCapture.

When I check for updates, Windows Update says that my system is up to date, which would include the KB3194496 update you mentioned above that was released on Sept. 29. So it appears this update did not fix the issue which prevents the driver from installing correctly, and therefore the camera cannot be detected.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi, I have a similar problem but have not installed that update. So now know how to fix that. When I install the update from Microsoft will I need to reinstall the drivers or will I be fine with just the Microsoft update?

Laptop updated and cam works fine so there was no need for the drivers to be re installed. Thanks for the info.
