geometry distorsion in image of 72AUC02

Hi, I am trying to use the DFK 72 AUC02 camera. When there is a motion in the scene (Moving camera or Object) some geometrical distortion occurs in the grabbed images like as attached sample image which the edges are bent.
i have tried different parameters setting such as exposure, gain, frame rate, binning, resolution and so on but this problem sill present in images.

    Hello

This is the usual effect of rolling shutter.

Rolling shutter means the sensor being exposed line by line. The time interval between first line and last line exposed is determined by the frame rate. The lower the frame rate, the bigger the time interval between first and last line.

If you want to fast capture motion, you need either a faster frame rate, which results in a lower resolution or a camera with global shutter.

    Hello,
    Thank you for reply,
Is the rolling shutter an inherent feature of the sensor?
Is there any other camera with same sensor that it has global shutter?
Can i use the mechanical shutter for solving this problem?

    Best Regards

    Yes

    Currently no 5 MP sensor
Can i use the mechanical shutter for solving this problem?
No, because even if this could work, it must be open, as long as the sensor exposes each line.
