    Post Control a zoom of "FireWire CCD Monochrome Zoom Camera" .

    I have a FireWire CCD Monochrome Zoom Camera. Now i want to control a zoom of camera using vb.net programing
    language. Using an IC Caputre utility . I can set zoom from 1 to 15 but i want to use it pragmatically. I also want to set a focus of camera according to my requirements.

    Thank you.

    Unfortunately I have a C# sample only, but I think you can translate it to
    VB.

    Code:
    // Declare the variable for the interface
    private VCDRangeProperty ZoomRange;

    // Query the interface
    ZoomRange = (VCDRangeProperty)icImagingControl1.VCDPropertyItems.FindInterface(VCDIDs.VCDID_Zoom,
    VCDIDs.VCDElement_Value, VCDIDs.VCDInterface_Range);

    // Set a new zoom value
    if (ZoomRange == null)
    {
        ZoomRange.Value = 10;
    }
    I have sent the very same text to you by email.
    Best regards
