Question Timestamp in video file name

In IC Capture.AS 2.2, I can select a Time Stamp in the AVI file name with the format YY-MM-DD HH-MM-SS

Can someone tell me, Does the time stamp correspond to the time the video started, the time it ended or a mid-time?

    Thanks.
