    Getting errors woth labview 8.6

    Hello

    Sometimes I receive this error
    {Error -2146828286,Mod_Camera: Error -2146828286 occurred at Exception occured in IC.ICImagingControl3.1: An unexpected DShowLibException occured: Error = startLive failed.
    VideoCaptureDevice = DFx21AF04-Z
    VideoFormat = BY8 (640x480)
    In file : ".\GrabberPImpl.cpp" at line : 580} sometime it even causes the application wich is build with LabView to crash.

    Reconnect the camera or rebooting will solve the error.

    Re: Getting errors woth labview 8.6

    Hello

    I guess startlive failed, because the live video simply is still running and you try to start it again. Since LabVIEW is a kind of interpreter language, it does not instantiates the the controls new. Please make sure, you stopped the live video at start of your VI. I created a VI for doing so. You may contact me at http://www.imagingcontrol.com/en_US/support/case/ then I will send you my additional collection of VIs.
    Best regards
