Analog Video Capture Cards (suggestions)

Anyone have a good suggestion for a good analog video capture card that does composite and S-Video and is reasonably priced? I'm tired of using ATI All-in-Wonders and would like something else for the computers we build. We don't need quality more than the ATI cards.

My preference would be for the card to be half height because of the small cases we put these things in. (i.e. the PCB of the board needs to be as low as possilbe when fitted into the PCI slot)
