Cannot Start Graph

Hi

I d/l your trial version and am trying to use it with an ATI 64M All In Wonder 8500DV card and a AMD-2500 Handheld medical camera with S-Video output. I am running Win2K SP3 and DirectX SDK 8.1.

When I try to open the window for a preview - it bails out on the error "Cannot Start Graph". When I preview the image using the example AmCapp in DirectShow, it works fine. However when I start the capture in AmCap it bails out on the same error. "Cannot start graph"

Could you please help.

Hello,

The WDM stream class driver for ATI cards has does not return correct ranges for the supported properties. Therefore, only ATI applications or applications that do not perform operations on properties work. IC Imaging Control does property operations and will not work correctly with the ATI driver.
