Sony Cameras + IC + Windows Media Encoder? RealServer?

Hi

I am interested on purchasing a Fireware Camera and IC. But I need the possibility to broadcast the video from the camere over a wireless network using software like Windows Media Encoder o RealServer. Are this cameras and drivers compatible with such application? anyone have tested them? What is the best way to broadcast video from this camera over a network a get the maximun resolution.

Hello,

there is VfW wrapper for WDM Stream Class drivers. Therefore it should be possible to use them in VfW applications like the RealServer.
But we have not tested this.
