I had a question reagrding Sony DFW-SX900 camera and GV-D200 Sony Video Walkman.

Will I be able to see the video from the Sony DFW-SX900 camera on the Sony GV-D200 Video Walkman if I connect them using firewire cable (DV In/Out ports)?

If not, what can be the possible solutions in achieving this?

Thanks a lot. I really appreciate your help

What you want to do is impossible because the DFW-SX900 generates a DCAM compliant image stream (uncompressed progressive scan images: 1280x 960@7,5 fps) and the GV-D200 accepts a DV video stream (DCT compressed interlaced images: 640x480@30 fps) as input only.

What you could do is the following:
Using IC Imaging Control, you can write the image stream that comes from the DFW-SX900 to an AVI file. In a second step you can write the AVI to DVD for archiving or playback. The playback will work in a computer only because of the non standard video size.
