View Full Version : "file format no longer supported" under VB6.0

After installing 1.3, I worked a while with VB 6.0 and suddenly, it started to give the
"file format no longer supported" message whenever I try to load the ocx component.
I tried repairing, uninstalling-reinstalling; but it does not work. I'm sure the ocx file is NOT corrupted.
What's that I got to do?

One more question:
even it says it does not work under Borland C++ Builder, is there anyone who managed to make it run?

I guess I found solution to both of my problems. A clean reinstall of Windows solved the VB problem. I tried to import the SP2 version of the OCX to Borland C++ Builder and dig a little deep in the code and I am now able to capture frames to memory/Image under C++ Builder version 6.0. If anyone interested I can supply the code via e-mail.

Thanks to everyone:)
