DFG/1394-1 & Apple Macintosh?

does anybody know this: is the DFG/1394-1 Vidio-Firewire Bridge compatible with Apple Macintosh?

Hello,

The DFG/1394-1 is shipped with a Windows WDM stream class driver only. The Imaging Source has no plans to develop a Mac driver in the future.
