hi to all and my dear Stefan
i have a DMK 23G274 camera with external trigger 13 frame rate and a pc with widows 7 and i7 cpu.
i set the camera setting to auto gain and auto exposure.
my problem is when the scene lightness has been changed, and the gain and exposure are fixing, the camera has been disappeared. at this state, i cant see the camera in GigECam IP Config till i power off and on the camera.
i see this problem also in IC capture. when i change the gain and exposure, sometimes it disappeared.
the probability of loosing the camera, depends on the value changing of gain and exposure.
and the point is that i have a lot of these cameras and all of them are same.
what should i do?

Hello

The current driver version is 3.1.0.3012. Can you try that? You must uninstall the 1.2 version before using a newer.
