I want to extract images from a videostream (TIS DFK Z30GP031) using OpenCV in Linux.
First try is to use Aravis and a framework solution with Gstreamer and OpenCV.

Are there any examples for using this specific camera with openCV directly?

Hello

I am very sorry, but I do not have matching samples. However, you can build a pipeline with Aravissrc and send the images into the appsink modul In the appsink you can access the image data and forward them to a OpenCV::Mat.

Thats what i excepted.
So which versions of Aravis, gstreamer and openCV are compatible to each other?
I have problems to build a pipeline and got images from the TIS cam especially with gstreamer ver. 1.x instead of gstreamer 0.10;
Whats the reason for this?

Short answer: All are compatible...

Because you use gstreamer 1.0? I do not know, whether you use a programming language or script or C code, therefore, it is hard to guess, what you are doing. think about which libraries you link to you program / script etc.
