View Full Version : IC Capture long-term acquisition stalls

Good evening!

I’m trying to use a DMK 24UJ003 USB3 camera in long-term experiments in which images are acquired at full resolution but low frequency (typically every 10 sec) for an extended period of time (days – weeks). Using IC Capture 2.4, capture stalls within a few hours and the same (last captured) image is saved repeatedly (buffer issues?). As far as I know, all hard- and software requirements are met (drivers, USB3 sockets,…). Is there a possibility to fix this issue without having to resort to the IC Imaging Control SDKs?

Thank you for any help!

I already got your email yesterday and forwarded it to a colleague. I hope, he already answered.

Hi,

I also encountered a similar problem, could you share the solution? My longish (~40 minutes) acquisition hangs after a fixed number of frames using "record video file" in IC Capture.

Thanks,
