Hello

Is it possible, you had an IC Imaging Control Professional version? The free version of IC Imaging Control standard is not intended to detect your third party device.
If you purchased an IC Imaging Control Professional, please contact sales again.
Also I wonder, where you got IC 3.1 from. Current is 3.3, which makes a big different, because some years ago we stopped the IC Imaging Control Professional, because we encountered too much errors in third party drivers.

You did not update your license for 3.2 I would guess.

Hello Patel

Please ask Aver Media for a DirectShow compliant Windows 7 driver.

We can not provide support for "buggy" third party drivers.

I am very sorry for not having a better answer, but now you know, why we ended the IC Imaging Control professional version.
