Hi,

I'm trying to make image acquisition outside by setting (on IC Capture) all parameters (Gain, exposure, whitebalance, etc..) in automatic mode, but I get saturated Image. Indeed, I see chromatic abberations when sunlight coming in front of the lens. What is the technical reason for this problem? and how to fix it?

Please see the enclosed image : 1697

Thank you in advance for your help,

Kind Regards

Hello

This effect occurs, if the sensor receives too much light. Your image is over exposed. Close the iris of your lens, until the image is no more over exposed. Then the green -> red effect will be away.

I can't agree more ! Except that I have no iris. Here is the reference of my lens : OPT_TBL2.9C. Have I to change my lens ? If so, what you advise me to choose ?

Thanks a lot,

Best Regards
