Hello,

I wold be very glad if you could help me.

I have 2 GigE cameras DMK 23GM021 connected to one PC. The 2 cameras are connected to a bran new 2x GigE port card.
Both cameras work OK if only one is connected to PC.

Problem occurs when both cameras are connected to the PC.
When the second camera is connected both show up in GigECam IP Config. But when I click on one of the connected cameras an yellow triangle occurs (error) on selected camera. The other one is OK..

Cameras are set to Persistent IP.
Camera1: 169.254.0.1
Camera2: 169.254.0.2
Firewall is OFF.

In IC Capture software i can only see one camera, camera that is OK in GigECam IP Config.

1676

How to setup IP for the cameras so I will be able to use them in LabVIEW at the same time ?

Thank you for youre answers.
Best regards, Marko

Hi Marko

You have two network controllers. Therefore, you should use following IP addresses:

Network 1:
Controller : 192.168.1.1 , 255.255.255.0
Camera1 : 192.168.1.2 , 255.255.255.0

Network 2:
Controller : 192.168.2.1 , 255.255.255.0
Camera 2 : 192.168.2.2 , 255.255.255.0
