Hi, I need to create a ROI (Region of interest) static size, with a button to generate the ROI and another button to capture the image.

I'm using a DMK 41BU02.H

Please use the ROI filter as shown in the documentation at http://www.imagingcontrol.com/en_US/support/documentation/dotnet/stdfilterROI.htm

Sorry, but I do not understand your issue. You can pass suitable values to the parameter functions.

You may have a look on the mouse functions of IC Imaging Control in the documentation.

I have no ready to use source code for you at this point of time.

you can do this using the IC Imaging Control mouse functions, OverlayBitmap functions an the ROI frame filter. The use of these functions is documented in the IC Imaging Control documentation called ".NET Users Guide" which was installed with IC.

Using the frame frame filter for settings an ROI is shown at http://www.imagingcontrol.com/en_US/...dfilterROI.htm

It is not very hard to set a top, left and width height to clip the video.
stop the live video
set the ROI Parameters
start the live video.
