Hello,

We have a problem with the DFM 22BUC03-ML camera. By using the 640x480 configuration and with all properties fixed manually (not automatic), if I select 87fps the brightness goes down automatically. If I place a black object covering all the field of view, after a few seconds, brightness recoveries. A video where you can observe this problem can be found here:

This effect also occurs randomly with frame rate fixed to 87fps and without changing it.

We have reproduced this effect in three different cameras. We also have tested a DFK 22BUC03 camera without detecting any problem.

Thank you very much.

Hello,

First of all, I would like you to update your IC Capture version from http://www.theimagingsource.com/de_DE/support/downloads/.

Thank you for the video, I have to discuss this with the engineers, before I can give an answer.

After a discussion with the engineers I learned, that using the high frame rates, the black level correction an be irritated under certain light conditions. This is, what you see. The black level correction of the sensor can not be disabled.
Unfortunately there is no workaround available for this.

Why don't we have the same problem with the DFK 22BUC03 camera? Are both cameras so different? Are you working for solving this problem? It is no possible to work with DFM 22BUC03-ML camera at 87fps in a robust way.

Thank you very much.

Hello

I have the same problem with my DFK 22BUC03, if I use the maximum frame rate. Since this problem is caused by the sensor at maximum frame rate, we can not solve it. I am very sorry for this.
