Dear Sir

I have a Converters model DFG/USB2-lt
I want to use with Heine A Cam.
It's the first time I use a converter. So I don't know how to connect it
First, I connect the converter and the computer by a usb cable. I install driver and it's ok
Then, I install software IC Capture.
and then connect converter with A Cam.
But I can not see any thing in software IC Image Capture.
My PC work on Window XP SP3

What can we do?

You seem doing all correct. Please select the correct video norm and input channel in IC Capture too. You may ask the Heine support too.

Thanks.

But I read the manual of converter, the system requirements is Window XP/SP2 or Window Vista (32 or 64 bit)
I use Window XP/ SP3 or window 7 ultimate. Do we have to reinstall the system?
I must only install driver of converter and IC capture software, right? Because I see a lot of choices in your disk?

Hello

No, you do not need to install anymore. Simply the driver and IC Capture.

After you have started IC Capture, you should be able to select the DFG/USB2-lt in the Device Selection box, shown by IC Capture. Then you should be able to choose the correct video norm and input channel in IC Capture. It shows them in the Device Toolbar, which is visible by default. Do you see this in IC Capture?
