using C library with DEV-C

Hi guys, I want to know if its posible to use the C library with the DEV-C++ IDE. I have looked that it has VC 6, VC 2005 and VC 2008 copilers, in that case how could I make a project with this IDE? where can I found a template and the libraries that I always need to add to my program? have you any SIMPLE program that you can post?:confused:

However, I do not know DEV-C++, therefore I can not help you with it.
