the question is if i can get frame rate more
than 52 fps ?( in reducing resolution )

Yes, you can get frame rates higher than 52 fps. Using a resolution of 96x96 pixles you will have a max frame rate fo ~370 fps.
You only need to set the correct video format and frame rate in your program. Which IC Version do you use? You should use IC 3.2.
