managed to generate a video avi solar image with approx 600 frames dmk 41.
avistack2 program does not accept my file to process even though it is an avi file. - i get the notice - " frame length does not match codec " if i try to load images avi is not an option even in avistack so i try using *.* to try bringing in the file with no results.

i used y800 & i believe uncompressed.

any reason why avistack does not accept an avi video file from a dmk41??

the avistack2 does not work with this file either in a windows xp pro or w7 home version.

THANKS

Hello,

I must admit, I never worked with AVISTACK, but I would like to suggest to ask the AVISTACK which codecs are supported.

I use Y800 video from my DMK21 with no problems. Virtual Dub is a good free software to inspect video properties. You can also run your video through Virtual Dub and save it as a raw file that AviStack should be happy with.
