Smart Tee vs MV SmartTee

What's the advantage to using MontiVision's "MV SmartTee" over Microsoft's "Smart Tee"?

One disadvantage I found was the "MV SmartTee" does not allow me to split the audio feed, but the "Smart Tee" does.

There is no advantage really. It's just that in some cases, depending on the following filters in the graph, the timing and graph flow with either one works better or worse. So you have a choice ;-)
