Hi, iv recently purchased a second hand dfk21 from astrobuysell knowing that it didnt have the supplied software ic capture with it as i knew i could use other software to control the camera. However after reading about the cameras on the internet and trying out the demo of ic capture i would like to have the full version. Is there any customer support for second hand bought cameras as i have the serial number? #17800438.
