Live mode and longer exposures

I decided to try some longer exposures. Whenever I try exposures over 15 seconds, I get this message:

"The device is in live mode, but does not seem to deliver live images.
Please try to choose a different video format or try reconnecting the
device to your computer."

Later I get a message "The device is not sending any images"

What exactly is live mode and how do I set the camera for longer exposures? Can I take videos of say, 30 seconds exposures and stack them?

Hello,

I think you can ignore the message. "Live Mode" means the camera has been started and is expected to send images. However, your problem should have be fixed in IC Capture long time ago. You may download a newer version from http://www.astronomycameras.com/en/support/downloads/
