Hi, I'm using a DFK 61AUC02 camera. I would like to use it with the resolution 1024x768 (on the specifications of the camera is reported that this risolution is supported) but I have a problem using it: sometings it happens that the images provided by the camera is cropped. Is like the image is divided in four parts and just the upper-left part is provided. This behavior happens randomly. Somebody have the same problem? There is a way to resolve it? I have the last driver release.
Thanks in advance!

Please let me know the serial number of your camera. Also I would like to know, which video formats are listed by IC Capture for your camera (not the resolutions, but the pixel formats as Y800 or BY8 or RGB32). Thank you in advance.

The serial number is 33010287, and regarding the video formats in ICCapture I can see only BY8.
But the formats available has changed after I updated the drivers: before the update I had Y800, BY8 and RGB32 (and the driver version was 1.0.1.24), now I have just BY8 (and the drivers actually used are 1.2.2.1).
Thanks

You are right, the 1.2.2.1 version has a problem with the video formats for the 61 camera model. I suggest to use the 1.2.1.1 version, attached to this post. Unfortunately, it will not fix the problem with the lower resolution starting in the upper left corner. This is a firmware problem, but right now, we have no newer version of the firmware.
