View Full Version : Saving stretched Image

August 7, 2010, 04:24:40

I have a small problem.
I am probably being a bit lazy but it would help processing time wise.

The device that I am using snaps aspect incorrect.
I can display aspect correct by setting the livedisplaydefault property to false and giving a livedisplaywidth.

Is there a way to save an image as it is diplayed in the icimagecontrol?

I have ways to perform this but it would be better if I could achieve this from the icimagecontrol itself.

Thank you for such a fantastic control, i do love the icimagecontrol.

Oh by the way using...
Version Info: ICImagingControl 3.1, VB.Net 2008, Windows 7

Dear GRRalph,

I'm sorry, but there is no way to do this in IC Imaging Control.

Best regards

Hello GRRalph,

you can use the ImageBuffer.Bitmap property for using it in a System.Drawing.Graphics object. This allows to stretch the image as wanted and save it to a file. I suggest to have a look into the System.Drawing.Graphics documentation in the MSDN.
