Camera not detected

Hi,

for testing on py dev-PC i installed a virtual webcam showing my desktop.

In the demo application i can select this cam and everything is fine.


But wenn i start my programm i can't select this cam.

I'm using Visual Studio 2005 C# .net and ImagingControl 3.0.6 on a Vista-machine.

Hello,

This is the common problem with your free standard license and the non free professional license of IC Imaging Control. The compiled applications have been built with the professional license, thus they can "see" your virtual camera.

But i have installed the professional Edition with the License key of our customer...

Please create a support case at http://www.imagingcontrol.com/en_US/support/case/ and let me know the license key you used. I supposed you clicked on "professional" version, but entered the standard license key. The desing of the cd setup program was done by marketing....
