c-mount to f mount question

I have a DBK 21AU04.AS and I'm hoping to use my older Nikon F-mount prime lens on it.

I have a C-mount to F-mount adapter already, will I have issues with the distance to the ccd?

Does anyone have any experience with this type of use?
