Recently installed my DMK 21AU04.AS on my new Windows 7 laptop, and IC capture will not hold exposure settings; for example, trying to shoot Mars through a blue filter, I had to switch to 1/15 second exposure to get the histogram bright enough, yet as soon as I hit record, it changes back to 1/30th. I tried changing this in properties and the pulldown menue to no avail. Very frustrating...

Using Y800 codec. Help would be much apreciated.

Hello Swalker,

I suggest to update IC Capture to the latest version. You can download the setup from http://www.astronomycameras.com/en/support/downloads/

Also the latest driver should be installed for your camera from the same website.

Also I would like to know the serialnumber of your camera, maybe we can perform a firmware update.

Do you use a 32 or 64 bit Windows 7?

I checked your issue on my Windows XP and found no problems with the latest driver and IC Capture. Thus I wonder, why it does not work on your Windows 7.
