problem: error loading ic imaging control

my device is imaging dmx21BF04,I have the the problem as the "My problem: The OverlayBitmap Filter(OVlip.ax) is either installed or not registered "--whcih post by valentin_0 July 22, 2007.
the phenomenon is that :when run my program write by German professor which use the camera ,it shows:error loading ic imaging control ,The OverlayBitmap Filter(OVlip.ax) is either installed or not registered .
I wanna know:
1.is there a ovlip.ax in ic imaging control?where can I find it?
2.can you help me copy all these words and send to valentin_0 who also live in China and study the same project.Because I do not know how to contact with her ,what her e_mail adress?

Hello,

The ovlip.ax was part of IC Imaging Control 2.1, which was replaced by IC Imaging Control 3.0 in the late year 2005.

Thus you got a very old software with an incomplete setup. I suggest to ask your German professer (I guess I know him) to get the complete setup. He may goes in contact with me directly for help.
