Using the activeX control (version 3.0.110.606), is there any way to set the sink color format to Y800? We are attempting to take grayscale images with a color camera.

Hello,

Yes, you simply use the "memorycurrentgrabbercolorformat" (I know, it is a very long name) to set the pixel format of the sink. If the video format of the video capture device is BY8 or YUVY and *not* Y800, then you will receive a grayscale image without bayer pattern.
