Hi,

I have a DMK21AU running very nicely on a XP SP3 laptop. I've just tried to install this on my XP64 (full SP updates) machine only to find that the DMK driver install dialog can't find any cameras (it says "Connect Devices! The wizard did not etc..."). I know it's there, as windows sees it as a DMK21AU04 when it's plugged in, but the installation by the hardware wizard fails as it can't find any drivers for the device...

Anyone any ideas?

Hello,

is the camera listed in the Device Manager? If so, you can install the driver manually as shown here
