I have installed DMK 41AU02 under Vista32 with latest driver (v1.0.1.24) and IC Capture 2.0, so camera does not works at 15 fps.
The same time in 3.5 and 7 fps modes it works well.

Unfortunately I do not know anything about your computer, thus I can give only common information.

If you have an AMD64 CPU, then the South Bridge has not enough data transfer capabilities, which slows down the USB data transfer. In this case, you can not do anything.

If you have a laptop, then set the power setting to highest possibility

May be you should exchange the USB cable. Bad cable quality can slow down the data transfer too.

I have a laptop Acer 5920G with 2.2GHz C2D Intel CPU. The power settings are highest possible and I have tried a bunch of different cables.
Now I'm trying to downgrade to Windows XP.

Hi

From my point of view, this is a fine computer and the camera should run with 15 fps. Are there other devices connected to the USB controller, e.g. internal modems or whatever?

Some USB->COM adapters and SBIG ccd camera. All these devices are connected via external hub. I have tried to connect camera via this hib and directly to laptop USB connector, but result is the same.

What happens, if the camera is the only device connected to your USB bus?
