Exposure Times Problem

I had Windows Vista reinstalled and couldn't find my disk. I installed the trial version, then installed the download and it recognized my serial number on my camera still. Anyway, I can only specify exposure time from -13 to 11 - no longer by fraction of second or seconds. I just reinstalled the driver (I let windows pick after Vista reinstall since I thought the old driver was still installed) but it didn't help.

Any other ideas?

I installed the new version of the software and the problem went away (thought I had the latest). Thanks.
