Access violation writing location 0x00030ffc

When i tried to compile FilterInspector example in version 3.0.6 at the following line m_Grabber.showDevicePage( m_hWnd );
exception was thrown .


Unhandled exception at 0x7c9107f0 in FilterInspector_vc8.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x00030ffc.

i tried this regsvr32 ICfilterContainer.dll from version 3.0.3 then the application started working but when i tried to register same dll from 3.0.6.1 it could not be registered . surprisingly the version of both the dlls are same but the size are different .
