How to avoid grains

Hello,

I am using DFx 31AF03 model camera.
If i kept the device properties as default... there is no problem...(Normal.jpg attached)
Suppose if i change exposure to 1/1000 then the image viewed with lot of grains..(Grains.jpg Attached)
Is there any way to avoid grains...
plz help me...

Hello Selvanathan,

my first guess it, that when the exposure time was lowered, the gain was advanced. This happens, if the gain was running on automatic. Thus I suggest to disable Gain automatic and reduce gain until the "grain" is away. If Gain is reduced, the image will be darker, thus you must find the appropriate settings of gain and exposure that meet your demands.
