DMK 21BU04 not recognized by pc

Hi there,

Im trying to install a few DMK 21BU04 in a laptop using the software that came with the purchase (IC capture 2.0). My problem is that even though the device manager (windows vista) sees a device through the USB port, IC capture cannot recognize anything. Is there any configuration step that I'm missing?

Did you install the camera's driver from the CD ROM, that came with you camera? Even if the driver was installed for one model, it must be installed for the next camera of the same model again, because Windows differentiates the cameras using their serial numbers.
