hello! my pc sets up with XP sp2 home ed, intel 3.2Ghz, memory 2gb, and
DFK21AU04.

the terrible problem is that I can't get live images as 30fps or 15fps from DFK21AU04 in IC control 2.0, but 7.5fps.

what's the problem???

I've already re-installed as new drivers without wizard several times.
but, no way.....

Hello,

the usual reason of this issue is low USB performance, that causes too much frame drops. This happens if:
- there are more devices than the camera only connected to the same USB controller
- the USB cable is too long or has low quality
- there is at least one USB 1.1 or 1.0 device connected to the same USB controller.

I would like you to check the points listed above. Keep in mind, some computers have internal devices connected to the USB controller.

It is no driver issue. It is an issue of your hardware.
