Hi, i'm looking to add into my application the support for High def video.
I'm using IC with some DV camera into my hospital application, but now the market demand HD video.
I've see this card :
Seems good (analogic and HD support),but before buy one of them, is IC compatible with this kind of interface?
The card Is direct show compatible, but can IC support HD capture?

Hi Willy,

I had a look on the posted link, but was not able to see, what drivers are provided. If they provide a DirectShow conform WDM driver, then IC Imaging Control and IC Capture can work with this board. You may use the trial version of IC Capture for checking this:

Hi, here the reply from Blackmagic (maybe is usefull for someone here):

Thank you for your email.

The Intensity Pro card does use a DirectShow driver, which is freely
available as well as updates from our website here:

If your current software uses a DirectShow input device, then I see no
reason why it would not be able to use the Intensity card. However, I cannot
guarantee compatibility, as we only certify a limited number of applications
and systems.

Please take the time to look at the technical specifications of the
Intensity Pro card here:

And also the minimum hardware requirements here:

Please get back to me for any further information concerning Blackmagic

Thank you very much for your posting. I suggest to try the IC Capture trial version with this grabber board. From my point of view, it should work fine with it.
