Dear sir
Our industrial motherboard has only one mini-PCI slot and the firewire card
is as below. Kindly let us know if we can use this card and if we have to use a different cable as this has 8 pin in it.
Also let us know if we can use a USB convertor for the firewire option
Mini-PCI Type-III B with 124-pin interface
Agere Fw323 Chipset
400Mbps Data Transfer Rate
3 x 8-pin IEEE 1394A Male Headers on Card
1 x bracket with 2 x IEEE 1394A Cable (8" or 14") w/ 8-pin female Connector
We are not able to get any mini-PCI firewire card with 6-pin
kindly advice
