What is "normal" display and how do you want to display?

normal means "single image(full & clear) on single window" , but when problem occurs it will show like two to three frames in a single display window showing a part of image.

Sounds for a problem of incomplete image data transfer.

The damaged images are caused by an interrupted data transfer from the FireWire board into memory. On laptops with Intel Duo Core T2400 and higher CPUs this is caused by the power management. If Windows XP is in use, then the FireWirePerformanceManager can fix this problem. It can be downloaded for free from http://www.imagingcontrol.com/downloads/tools/.
If a desktop computer is in use, then the reason for the damaged image might be an incompatibility between the FireWire chipset and the computer's ******board. In this case only an exchange of the FireWire board with another chipset than the current will fix the problem. Some available chipsets are VIA, NEC, TI and agere.
