Hi,

I am using a DFK31AU03AS to image Jupiter at f30.
I save raw avi (non debayered) and debayer with Registax, 1/15s, 15FPS, gain 700.

What is the difference between
- Video Format BY8/Codec Y800 raw
- and Video Format Y800 / Codec Y800 raw
?

Which one should I use to optimise FPS / quality / Registax compatibility?

- Video Format BY8/Codec Y800 raw
The result is a grayscale video, without any color information.


Video Format Y800 / Codec Y800 raw
The result is a raw image data video, that contains the color information for later color calculation ("debayering")
