Error for device ???

Hallo,

I get the report "The device DFx 31AU03.AS (13800194) is in live mode, but does not seem to deliver images. Please try to chose a different video format or try reconnecting your device to your computer"

so I can snap ONE image or AVI and then I get the report

what does this report mean???

This error message apears after a time out. If the exposure time is longer than this time out, which it seems to be in you case, then it is shown. Simply ignore it.

I will speak to the programmers about this.
