Could I excute the sample program Multithread Debug (/MTd) mode??
default setting is Multithread debug dll(/MDd) mode.

I use IC control 3.0 and sp2 dialog based image processing code.

The IC DLLs are linked Multithread debug dll(/MDd). Thus the application must be Multithread debug dll(/MDd) too.
