Can't create filter graph exception

I am getting a "Can't create filter graph for file ..." exception when I try to load up a graph I built. The Error is: Uspecified Error.

Any suggestions?

How does the graph look like, which filter does it contain in which order?

Actually. I found out my issue. One of the filters I am using that I got from the card maker some how randomly was not registered after a reboot. Very strange.
